Warranty:
All our products are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months, parts and labor. Products outside of the warranty period can usually be repaired for nominal cost. For support or repair information, please email support@brownleeprecision.com or call 650-318-1411. Please have your product serial number available before contacting us.
International operation:
The Model 410 and 440 are configured for the line voltage and frequency of the original customer. Do not operate these products in countries with a different line voltage/frequency! Brownlee Precision will be happy to reconfigure any of these products for a new line voltage/frequency at a nominal cost.
